• We welcomed members of the Lancashire Area to our August meeting - 41 members present!
• Everyone had a fantastic time in France and Le Mans - thanks to all that helped and well done to all the organisers!

• Events update...
  • Stafford international Weekend - 20-22 August - Don't forget to book your tickets in advance for a discount! Volunteers wanted for marshalling and other duties
  • A6 Run - 8 August - it's for charidee, if anyone's free to represent us for the run!
  • Yorkshire Area End Of Year Bash - 10-12 September - final fling at Major Bridge Park, Holme, East Yorks. Details in the Courier.
  • Dolomite Club Rally - 25-26 September - Annual Club Rally at RAF Cosford, Shropshire. And it's free!
  • Beehive Run - 24 October - Jez & Deb are doing a Sunday Run in October. Lunch at 1PM the Beehive Inn, Combs, High Peak.
  • Xmas Do - 4 Dec - All-inclusive Xmas Party at Willowbank Hotel, Fallowfield. £49.95. Book a room direct if required! Deposits and Details - see Janet.
• 2011 Holiday suggested re-visiting the Cider Press in Normandy, or lodging in Northumberland - any preferences?
• Don't forget to support your members! See the classifieds page to find the services offered by our members.
• And finally...
  spread the word about our Club so we can welcome more new members - we're not the best Area in the country for nothing!

Other Club News

• Join our Facebook Group! Thanks to Mark & Tracy for setting a group up for us!
• Pip & Frank remind everyone that they're always open to comments and feedback about the club - either collar them at a meeting or give them a call in confidence!
• We have purchased brewing kit (that's tea/coffee, not beer!) from club funds for use at events.
• Girls are invited to send in stories, pictures and anything else for a new column for the ladies in the TSSC Courier magazine!
• We have a door gap adjuster for the Club Tool Pool at a cost of £60. Usual hire charges apply to members.
• Discussion over whether Manchester Area should organise an annual event open to all. Most in favour. Cumbria region was suggested as a possible location.
• Please can all members old and new give Pip/Frank their TSSC membership number and contact details, for insurance purposes.
• If you have any unwanted gifts for Raffle Prizes Pip will take them off your hands!
• Recruitment - fliers are available to advertise the Manchester Area to other Triumph owners at events etc.
• Don't forget to make use of the members' Tool Pool
